Malin Strengberg

Malin Strengberg has a diverse work experience. Malin worked as the Head of Learning at B3 Consulting Group from April 2022, and prior to that, they held the position of Head of B3 Talent Growth from January 2020 to April 2022. Before joining B3 Consulting Group, they were a Student Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist at Sopra Steria from April 2018 to January 2020. Malin also worked as a Konsultchef at Medlink Nordic AB from November 2016 to March 2018, where they were responsible for recruiting and staffing doctors and social workers. Prior to that, they briefly served as an Ambassador for the advertising agency Cheil at People Partner Sweden AB in September and November 2016. In June and August 2016, they worked as a Drift- och Personalchef at Dubliners at Charlies, where they were involved in setting up operations, recruiting, scheduling staff, and handling administration, procurement, and marketing.

Malin Strengberg obtained a Kandidatexamen in Personal och arbetsliv from Karlstad University, where they enrolled from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Erik Dahlbergsgymnasiet from 2005 to 2007, specializing in a Teknisk linje with a focus on design. Additionally, Malin achieved a certification in Management 3.0 Fundamentals through an online workshop provided by Management 3.0 in April 2021.
