Pernilla Brolin

Pernilla Brolin has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to HR and people management. Pernilla began their career as a Recruiter/Consultant Manager at Vican in 2004, and later worked at Want AB in the same role. In 2006, they joined KFX HR-partner where they held multiple positions including Recruiter/Consultant Manager, Business Unit Manager, Sales- and HR Administrator, and Business Development Manager.

In 2016, they became the HR Manager at Teleperformance Nordic, leading a team of over 850 employees across multiple contact centers in the Nordic countries. Pernilla then worked at Cybercom as an HR Partner, driving the HR agenda and supporting leaders at various sites.

In 2021, Pernilla joined Knowit AB as a People & Culture Partner, responsible for supporting subsidiaries and leaders within the Solutions and Experience business areas.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & Culture/CHRO at B3 Consulting Group, a consultancy company specializing in IT and Management. In this role, they are involved in all stages of digital transformation and operations development, helping companies and organizations create tomorrow's opportunities.

Throughout their career, Pernilla has gained extensive experience in personnel responsibility, coaching leaders, developing structures and processes, and implementing HR strategies.

Pernilla Brolin's education history is as follows:

- From 2002 to 2004, they attended the International University of Monaco and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Företagsekonomi (Business Economics).

- Between 2000 and 2002, they studied at the Masters of Media and earned a degree in Project Management in Information and Media Technology.

- In 1998 and 1999, they attended the Frans Schartaus Business Institute, where they obtained a degree in Market Economics, specializing in Marknadsföring (Marketing).

- From 1994 to 1997, they attended Saltsjöbadens Samskola, completing the Samhällsekonomisk gymnasielinje (Social Economics program).

In addition to their formal education, Pernilla Brolin has obtained several certifications. Pernilla obtained a Professional Coach certification from CoachCompanion in July 2021. In October 2019, they earned a Certificate in Cut-e from cut-e, an Aon company. Pernilla holds an International Certificate in Thomas TST/GIA from Thomas International, obtained in December 2018. Pernilla also obtained an International Certificate in Thomas PPA/BPA from the same institution in November 2018. Lastly, in May 2017, they became a Certified Supervisor Trainer in BAM (Better Work Environment) from Prevent - Arbetsmiljö i samverkan.
