Chad Hensley

As VP of Technology, Mr. Hensley leads long-term technology strategy and vision, including providing thought leadership that drives the development and alignment of technology initiatives with corporate strategic goals. He is responsible for the technology organization that delivers enterprise-wide managed services such as Data & Analytics, Solution Architecture for Growth opportunities, Digital Information & Knowledge Management, Intelligent Automation, and Infrastructure Optimization for our Operations as well as providing Tier 3 technical subject matter expertise for the Professional Services and Digital Services business units within the company.

After graduating from James Madison University in 2002 with a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems, Mr. Hensley initially began working for a federal contractor in Northern Virginia. From there his career became rooted in full-stack software development on enterprise applications within the federal space, working for many clients such as the DOD, FBI, DEA, DOJ, and most recently, the VA which he has worked extensively with since 2007. During his career, Mr. Hensley has been a developer, software architect, project and program manager, and most recently, Director of Software Engineering for B3 Group which he joined in 2016.
