Angela Aparecida Seixas

Angela Aparecida Seixas is currently a Fiscal Council Member at B3. Prior to this, they were with Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas as an Audit Committee Member from August 2018 to October 2019. Angela has also been with Duke Energy Corporation as their CFO and Investor Relations from February 2006 to February 2017 and with Prodesp - Cia de Processamento de Dados do Estado de São Paulo as a Board Member / Conselheira de Administração from May 2018 to September 2021. Some of their notable responsibilities include being in charge of the IT, Investor Relations, Internal Control, Treasury, Planning and Controlling areas, including budgeting, accounting, fiscal and tax control, accounts receivable, accounts payable and billing. Angela has also had experience as a Chairman of the Board of Duke Energy International Geração Paranapanema SA. In March 2017 to November 2017, Angela took on the role of Career Transition with LHH Career Transition.

Angela Aparecida Seixas has a degree in accounting from Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA from SDE - PDG EXEC. Angela also has a Master's Degree in Controlling from Universidade de São Paulo. Angela is currently a corporate governance and capital markets consultant at BI International / Columbia University.
