João Victor Andrade Neves

João Victor Andrade Neves, CFA, has extensive experience in technology and finance, currently serving as IT Associate Director at B3 since January 2011, where responsibilities include leading the modernization of the Clearing platform in partnership with Nasdaq and overseeing software engineering teams for Risk, Pricing, and Collateral. Previous roles at B3 included managing development teams for the PUMA platform's market data, surveillance, and trading matching engine. Prior to B3, João was a Software Engineer at SIDI, Customization and Maintenance of software for Samsung phones, and Motorola Mobility, where contributions included development for messaging applications. João holds a Certificate in Fintech from NYU Stern School of Business, an MBA in Financial Management from FGV, and a BS in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Additionally, João is a member of CFA Society Brazil since October 2017.
