Marcio Tambelini Amorim

Marcio Tambelini Amorim has extensive experience in product management, project coordination, and agile transformation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Products and New Business at B3 since December 2014, Marcio oversees team management, new product development, and market alignment. Previous roles include consultant for agile transformations affecting large portfolios, senior project analyst, and program management at Itaú Unibanco. Alongside a solid career in the financial industry, Marcio has contributed to academia as a professor, teaching various subjects including project management and innovation at several universities. Marcio holds multiple degrees, including a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Strategic People Management from FIA Business School and a Master's in Resources and Business Development from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
