Nelson Fernandes Filho

Nelson Fernandes Filho has extensive experience in data analytics and business intelligence across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Data Analytics Manager at B3 since December 2019, Nelson leads the Data Analytics Development and Modeling area, focusing on advanced analytics solutions and managing the B3 Data Lab. Prior to this role, Nelson was a Digital Data & Analytics Manager at EY, where responsibilities included implementing centralized data structures and data governance frameworks. Nelson’s career also includes significant positions at Telefônica Brasil, where development of BI projects and implementation of agile methodologies were key responsibilities. Nelson began in the field as a BI Consultant at Softtek and held the role of systems coordinator at CPM, contributing to notable projects for clients such as Bradesco and Banco Central do Brasil. Educational qualifications include a specialization in Data Science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a degree in Information Systems Management from Unilins.
