Sue has spent the last twenty years working within the facilities management industry. She adopts a ‘hands-on approach to the performance of a contract, supporting the management team in the implementation and ongoing service delivery. Sue is responsible for the operational delivery of the B38 Group support service cleaning division and incites proactive, innovative offerings within new and existing clients. Sue continually seeks to challenge and improve rather than to merely provide a responsive and reactive service.
