Tayfun Bayazit is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chairman at Polisan and Marsh & McLennan Companies, Tayfun Bayazit is also a Founding Partner at B4YO Capital and the Chairman and Owner of Bayazit Consultancy Services, which specializes in corporate governance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. Previously, Tayfun Bayazit held significant positions including Chairman and CEO at Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi A.S., CEO and Chairman at Fortis Bank A.S., and CEO at Disbank, where notable contributions included restructuring the holding portfolio at Dogan Holding. Tayfun Bayazit has a strong academic background with an MBA in International Business and Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Engineering Mechanics and Materials from Southern Illinois University.
