Lilian Fernandes Calil

Lilian Fernandes Calil currently serves as UX Design Lead Jr at b8one, where responsibilities include managing the UX Design team and monitoring UX deliveries while providing support and facilitating improvements. Previously held the position of UX Researcher, conducting stakeholder discovery processes, implementing various research methodologies, and analyzing user behavior to enhance usability and accessibility. Lilian also has experience as an Independent UX/UI Designer, focusing on the redesign of an HR consultancy website, and held multiple attorney roles at Lanfranchi, Dirani e Galvão Advogados, DinDon Apps, and Lilian Fernandes Calil Advogados. Lilian earned a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie between 2005 and 2009.
