Mikhail Matveev is the Chief Data Officer at B9 and was previously the Head of Reporting/DWH/BI, MIS at Cashwagon. Mikhail has over 10 years of experience in data analysis and management.

Mikhail started their career as a data analyst at a small company. Mikhail then moved to Cashwagon, where they built and led a data analyst team of 10 people in 3 directions: Reporting, DWH Development, and Business integrations. Mikhail also designed and implemented the Corporate Data Warehouse and introduced the Data Quality Management process to assess and remediate data quality issues.

At Cashwagon, Mikhail was responsible for understanding reporting needs and requirements and creating reports for all business directions, including Risks, Sales, Finance, Operations, Collection, Digital Sales, and Marketing. Mikhail also participated in the billing & contract processing project, where they created a workflow from scratch, built transactions and operations requirements, and implemented Power BI. Mikhail introduced tools for faster and better business decision making, increased the frequency of reports update to real time, introduced real time dashboards, and set up monitoring for main business processes.

In their role as Head of Reporting/DWH/BI, MIS at Cashwagon, Mikhail was also responsible for Sales and Collection integrations projects. Mikhail prepared data marts for Cross-Sales, Repeat Offers and Discounts projects and integration with production systems. Mikhail also optimized the collection process by creating a fast and flexible tool for formation
