Ana Isabel Monteiro

Ana Isabel Monteiro's work experience includes a range of roles and responsibilities in various companies. Ana Isabel recently joined BA GLASS as the Chief People Officer in 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at BA GLASS, including Business Development Director from 2019 to 2021, Head of Iberia Logistics from 2017 to 2019, Head of Iberia Purchasing from 2015 to 2017, and Purchasing Coordinator from 2013 to 2014. In their role as Purchasing Coordinator, they effectively managed a multidisciplinary team and successfully negotiated strategic and tactical agreements. Additionally, they achieved notable results such as reducing order delays and blocked invoices, implementing key performance indicators, dashboards, and a service master system.
