Luis Mendes

Luis Mendes has extensive experience in finance, accounting, and management positions. Luis most recently served as the Group CFO for BA GLASS. Prior to that, they were the CFO for Brazil at Inditex. Luis also held the role of Country Manager Brazil at GANT, where they had full P&L responsibility and oversaw various areas of the company. Earlier in their career, they worked as part of the Executive Board at Ricon Group, focusing on M&A, controlling, and business development. Luis also held positions at Organtex, where they served as the Supply Management Director and later as the Group CFO. Additionally, they worked as an auditor at JPA Portugal Auditores and as an Assistant Professor at Universidade Portucalense.

Luis Mendes obtained their MBA in Business/Managerial Economics from Porto Business School in the years 1998-2000. Prior to that, they completed their Licenciatura in Administração de Empresas at Universidade Portucalense (UPT) from 1989-1994.
