Sylwia Mistrzak

Sylwia Mistrzak has a diverse work experience with a focus on logistics and transport management. Sylwia has worked at BA GLASS since 2020, starting as a Trainee and progressing to roles such as Group Transport Manager and Transports Director. In September 2022, they became the Human Resources Director for Central Europe at BA GLASS. Prior to that, Sylwia worked at BA GLASS POLAND Sp. z o.o. from 2014 to 2020, holding various positions including Transport Manager, Transport Planning Manager, and Transport Team Leader. Sylwia also had previous experiences as a Trainee at BA Vidro, S.A., the Ministry of the Environment, and Koło Town Council. Sylwia's work history also includes involvement in student organizations such as the European University Foundation and ESN Poland Association.

Sylwia Mistrzak has a diverse education background. Sylwia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Lodz in 2009. Sylwia then pursued two Master's degrees, one in Economics and another in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Lodz between 2012 and 2014. Sylwia furthered their education by completing an Executive MBA program at Warsaw University of Technology Business School from 2023 to 2025. Additionally, they hold a Certificate of Attendance in the Campus Europae Club d'Europe Student Council Meeting from Universidad de Alcalá, obtained in 2014.
