Mike Abt has a strong background in software engineering and technical support. Mike started their career in 1996 with Teradyne as an SQA Team Leader. Mike then worked as a Technical Lead/Software Tools and Automation Engineer at SpeechWorks before joining Edify as a Sr. Consultant in 2001. In 2004, they worked as an IVR Consultant at Next IVR before moving on to Empirix, where they served as a Professional Services and Technical Support professional from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, they became the IVR Platform Manager at Silverlink Communications, and later joined BA-Insight in 2011 as the Lead QA Software Engineer.
Mike Abt attended Boston University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a degree in engineering with a focus on Manufacturing Engineering.
