Liudvika Kazlauskaite

Liudvika Kazlauskaite is an experienced professional currently serving as a Process Manager at BAA Training since October 2018, where responsibilities include evaluating business processes, updating procedures, and managing improvement teams. Previously, Liudvika held the position of Customer Support Department Manager, overseeing customer service operations and establishing key supplier relationships. Additionally, Liudvika managed training programs as the Training Planning and Organisation Division Manager. With a strong background in education and management, Liudvika has worked as an English language translator/interpreter and has held various roles at the International School of Law and Business, including Study Programme Manager and Head of the Tourism Management Department. Liudvika holds a Master's degree in Philology from Vilnius Pedagogical University and is a Certified Hospitality Educator from the American Hotel and Lodging Education Institute.
