Eric Hamer is the founder of Run Empowered since June 2024, providing expert one-on-one coaching for runners of all levels. In addition to coaching, Eric is a professional runner for the Boston Athletic Association, serving in this role since August 2021, where responsibilities include managing athlete information and ensuring efficient race operations. Eric also contributes to the Student Disability Center at Colorado State University, supporting students with disabilities since August 2019. As a student athlete at Colorado State University from August 2015, Eric has held various roles, including equipment assistant and youth track coach. Eric holds an MBA in Sports Management and a dual degree in Communication Studies and History from Colorado State University.
