Kislay Thakur

Kislay Thakur, FRM, currently serves as Director at Baader Bank AG, having progressed from Associate Director and Senior Trader ETFs since joining in July 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Business Analyst and Senior Trader at Optiver from September 2007 to June 2015, where responsibilities encompassed functional business requirements documentation, Delta One trading, stock management, and regulatory compliance analysis. Earlier positions included Project Engineer at the Bureau of Energy Efficiency and Consultant at UNDP, along with experience as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger. Kislay holds a Masters in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam and both a Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
