The leadership team at Baal & Spots has a history of working in various industries including advertising, copywriting, content strategy, and marketing. They have also held various positions such as account manager, account director, project team manager, social media coordinator, and academic peer advisor. In addition, the team has a variety of educational backgrounds including communications/advertising from the University of Houston, advertising and PR from Spring Hill College, and mass communication/media studies from Louisiana State University.
