Emba Asaad Imad

Asaad Imad, EMBA has recently joined Baalbaki Chemical Industries (BCI) as a Business Development Manager. Prior to this, they worked at BLOM BANK s.a.l. where they held various roles, including Assistant Branch Manager from January 2019 to September 2021, and Head of the Customer Service Section from February 2008 to January 2019.

Asaad Imad, EMBA, obtained their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Lebanese American University in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) between 2003 and 2007. Additionally, they have received various certifications, including "The Fast Track Way 2.0 - Companies and humans in the age of AI" from YPO in May 2023, "Empowering Customers' Delight" and "Achieving Customers' Delight" from Performance Inc in November 2018 and September 2018 respectively, "Banking Ethics" from ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL in March 2018, "The Competent Sales Manager" from Meirc Training and Consulting in September 2016, "Managing Customer Experience" and "Managerial Skills" from Phi Management Group in July 2016 and July 2013 respectively, "Lebanese Financial Regulations" from ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL in April 2013, "International Introduction to Securities & Investment" from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in September 2012, and "From Teller to Seller" from Starmanship & Associates in August 2010.
