Kareema Ali El-Deen

Kareema Ali El-Deen started their work experience in 2011 as a chemist at Technical Services Company S. In 2013, they joined Baalbaki Chemical Industries (BCI) as a Production Chemist Supervisor and later became the Head of the Rigid Department. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an Assistant Production Manager at STARCHEM INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS. In 2019, they became the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Alnasr Lube for Lubricant & Grease Oil. Currently, they are working as a Senior Quality Control Engineer at Baalbaki Chemical Industries (BCI) starting from November 2020.

Kareema Ali El-Deen completed their education at two different institutions. From 2022 to 2023, they attended The American University in Cairo where they obtained a Diploma of Education with a specialization in Total Quality Management. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2010, they attended Cairo University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.
