Douglas Donaldson

Douglas Donaldson currently serves as the Head of Data at Baanx Group Ltd, having joined the company in February 2022. Prior to this role, Douglas gained valuable experience at NatWest Group from September 2019 to September 2021, where participation in the Graduate Data and Analytics program involved rotations through various departments, with a focus on data analysis and data science. Douglas developed skills in creating visualizations using Tableau, Excel, and Python, and in building complex models through SQL and Python. Earlier roles include a part-time bartender at the University of Warwick Students' Union during academic studies, an intern at RBS in the Data and Analytics program, and an events coordinator for the Warwick PPE Society, organizing large-scale events for students. Douglas also held a position as assistant bar manager at a pop-up bar during the Edinburgh Fringe. Douglas earned a BSc in PPE from the University of Warwick from 2016 to 2019.
