Tawnya Sluka RN, BSN is an experienced registered nurse with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Medication Assisted Treatment RN at BAART Programs since November 2022, Tawnya has demonstrated a commitment to client care by creating a safe environment for medication administration and assisting in understaffed situations. Previously, Tawnya worked as an Infusion Nurse at PÜR LIFE Medical, performing IV infusions and tailoring treatment plans to individual health goals. Tawnya's extensive experience includes roles as a Conscious Sedation Nurse, Director of Nursing Services at VISTA ADOLESCENT TREATMENT CENTER, and Registered Nurse at Lone Peak Hospital, where notable skills in patient advocacy and care coordination were showcased. Tawnya's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Utah and an Associate degree in Health Science from Salt Lake Community College.

BAART Programs
In 1977, BAART Programs began providing drug treatment services to heroin addicts in San Francisco. Our legacy of advocating for evidence-based opioid use disorder treatment is still our mission. Today, BAART Programs, a brand of BayMark Health Services, is a multi-site, multi-service organization providing opioid use disorder treatment and rehabilitation for patients across the country. We provide high-quality, patient-centered treatment for addiction to prescription medications and other opioids at our 36 clinics. We combine evidence-based, medication-assisted treatment with counseling and behavioral services. In addition, integrated primary medical care and mental health services are available in select clinics.
