Aishwarya Agrawal

Aishwarya Agrawal is currently the Head of Software Engineering at Baaz Bikes, where Aishwarya oversees the product life cycle of web and mobile applications, builds a scalable backend using serverless AWS microservices, manages a team of engineers, optimizes software performance, creates data pipelines, and collaborates with external partners. Prior to this role, Aishwarya gained experience as a Software Engineer, Cloud and Backend Intern, Full Stack Development Intern, Frontend Development Intern, and Intern as C++ and JavaScript Programmer at various companies. Aishwarya graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur with a Bachelor of Technology in Materials Engineering.
