Jessica Suss

Jessica Suss has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jessica started their career as an Entertainment Staff Writer at College Magazine in 2013 and then worked as a Garde Manger at Good Tidings Catering from 2013 to 2014. Jessica also served as a Staff Writer at American Journalism Review in 2014, where they wrote pieces on journalism trends. In 2014, Jessica worked as an Auxiliar de Conversacion at Junta de Andalucía, assisting in teaching English to primary school students. Jessica then became an Associate Editor at Spoon University from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Freelancer at Make It Better Media, writing articles. In 2016, they joined Baaz, Inc. as an Online Content Editor and became a Freelancer at The E.W. Scripps Company, writing articles on various topics. Jessica'smost recent role is as an English Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools since 2018.

Jessica Suss attended the University of Maryland from 2010 to 2014. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus in Journalism and Spanish. Jessica was also enrolled in the Philip Merril College of Journalism and the College of Journalism's International Studies program.
