Michael Weiss Kertsman's work experience begins in 2011 at MEMO Global, where they started as an International Sales Representative and eventually became a Shift Manager. In this role, they managed a team of international sales representatives, provided tutoring to improve selling abilities, and handled personal management.
In 2015, Kertsman joined WhiteSource as a Sales Development Representative. Michael then moved to Playtika in 2016, starting as a VIP Account Manager and later becoming a VIP Account Management Team Leader. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Monetization & Operations Team Leader at Playtika.
In 2022, Kertsman joined Voodoo as the Head Of Monetization & LiveOps for a new venture project. Michael stayed in this role until 2023 when they transitioned to Baba Entertainment as the Head of Monetization, LiveOps & CRM.
