María Peiró Gilabert

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, compliance, and business management. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Since January 2016, Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, where Mariana taught applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
