Jacob Turnbull

Jacob joined Babbage in June 2022 as an Intermediate Planner, bringing with him a breadth of knowledge and experience making him a strong addition to the Planning Team. His recent experience includes processing of resource consents for a range of discharges to land and water, large-scale earthworks, natural hazard mitigation works and land-use housing developments. Jacob spent 1.5 years in Kaikōura where he worked primarily in policy, dealing with the development of plan changes (natural hazards) and bylaws (freedom camping). Most recently Jacob worked at the Otago Regional Council processing resource consents for 2.5 years. This experience has laid the foundation for his robust local government knowledge of consenting and policy development.
