Neil Watkins

Neil’s role is building and managing relationships, forming joint ventures and consortiums for major projects, and promoting the skills Babbage has in the geotechnical and environmental fields. He bases his work on a career as a geotechnical engineer in the land development, infrastructure and roading sectors.

At the core of his work is building and maintaining strong client relationships and helping a company realize its vision. Neil is known for building strong teams, for his active business development and his ability to identify opportunities.

He promotes the use of smart technology in geotechnical design and innovative construction techniques, and believes a company’s greatest asset is its people.
