With more than 18 years’ experience, Richard brings an in-depth understanding of the planning and statutory requirements for various project types across New Zealand.Richard has worked on consenting projects of all scale throughout New Zealand. He has also worked in the United Kingdom, where he was based for five years, working in planning and development roles.He has extensive experience in seeing projects from inception through to completion, including all resource consent requirements, appeal resolutions and obtaining of all necessary statutory approvals to aid in the successful delivery of a project.
