Marcelo Foss

Marcelo Foss is an experienced engineering manager currently leading a diverse team at Babbel since May 2022, focusing on AI solutions and NLP research for language learning. Prior to this role, Marcelo served as Head of Engineering at Noosync, overseeing team management and technological roadmaps. As a co-founder of Allez-y Brewing, Marcelo managed product development from conception to production. Previously, at EUROCONSUMERS, Marcelo was responsible for delivering technology solutions across multiple countries, while at PROTESTE Brasil, Marcelo held various leadership roles, including ICT Manager and member of the Direction Steering Committee. Early in the career, Marcelo was a Senior Software Engineer at Top Down Sistemas. Marcelo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, a Postgraduate Degree in Technology and Business Management, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering of Chemical and Biochemical Processes at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
