Nika Zawila

Nika Zawila has a background in engineering, with experience in leading teams and projects at various tech companies such as Babbel, Productboard, and Contentful. Nika has expertise in Agile processes, stakeholder management, strategy development, mentoring, coaching, and hiring. Nika has also been involved in initiatives such as introducing Tech Radar at Babbel and implementing ECDF for EMs and Heads of in the organization. With a strong foundation in CSS, React, HTML, and Javascript, Nika has contributed to the development of design systems, UI/UX components, and email templates. Additionally, Nika holds degrees in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Leadership and Coaching, and English Language and Literature.
