Paul McCarthy

Paul McCarthy is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience in IT, systems integration, software, and outsourcing services, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at Babco International since January 2025. Previously held roles include CEO of Digital Cognate, Managing Director of Innovatus Drinks, and Global Sales Director at Monitise. McCarthy has a strong entrepreneurial focus in Fintech, Payments, and Cloud technologies and has been involved in strategic responsibilities including fundraising, acquisitions, and joint ventures across various organizations. McCarthy holds an LPSF degree in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School, complemented by earlier education at Chigwell School.
