Ruben L. Freeman, MSM, is an experienced professional with a strong background in employment services, organizational development, and human resources. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Supported Employment at Babcock Center since February 2020, Ruben leads diverse teams and oversees the procurement of contractual work opportunities for individuals with lifelong disabilities. Ruben has held various roles, including Deputy District Director for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and Chief Consultant/CEO of The Personality Group, where expertise encompasses public relations, marketing, and strategic planning. Previous positions include Operations Manager/GM at Eternity Media Group and Assistant General Manager/Director of Marketing at Wisdom Broadcasting/WAAW Radio, contributing to corporate compliance, revenue generation, and human resources. Ruben holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from The Sorrell College of Business at Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Francis Marion University.
