Terry M. Snow has a diverse work experience spanning across various organizations and roles. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Nursing Assistant at Stanton Pines Nursing Center, providing assistance to residents with daily activities and recreational participation. In 1996, they became a Residential Caregiver at Kershaw County Disabilities and Special Needs Board until 2000. Moving to Myrtle Crest Residential Care Facility in 2006, they held the position of Med Technician for two years. In 1998, Terry joined Sumter County Disabilities and Special Needs Board as a Direct Support Staff and later became a Lead Direct Support Staff until 2004. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as a Residential Supervisor before transitioning to the role of Qualified Intellectual Developmental Professional until 2014. Terry then served as the Director of Residential Services from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Babcock Center as a Qualified Professional, progressing to the role of Consumer Advocate until 2019. Finally, they assumed the position of Director of Compliance in September 2019 at Babcock Center.

From 2009 to 2012, Terry M. Snow attended the University of Phoenix and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
