Adrian Gillett

Adrian Gillett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and training management. Currently serving as Training Support Team Lead and Safety Officer/Administrator at Babcock International Group since July 2014, Adrian leads a team responsible for Maritime Fire Fighting Training for military and civilian personnel within a live training unit. Prior to this role, Adrian was an HR Administrator at Glasgow Simon Community, focusing on HR, payroll, and pensions for a 160-employee organization, and at YWCA Glasgow, managing HR for a smaller team while also providing executive support. With a foundation in HR management developed over nearly 24 years with the Royal Navy, Adrian has honed skills in personnel support and regulatory compliance across various operational settings. Adrian's education was completed at Spencer Park from 1984 to 1987.
