Becky Nicholls

Becky Nicholls is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and development, currently serving as the Early Careers Manager for Civil Nuclear & Clyde at Babcock International Group since July 2020. Previously, Becky held the position of Future Talent Manager at Cavendish Nuclear and served in various roles at Babcock International Group, including Future Talent Development Manager and Organisation & Development Project Manager, where significant contributions included the implementation of Inclusive Leadership training and the development of an Unconscious Bias E-Learning Module. Becky's early career includes a role as Team Manager at Asprea, overseeing a customer service team and managing operational transitions.
