Bruce Phillips

Bruce Phillips is an accomplished Senior Project Manager and Consultant at Jacobs, bringing extensive multi-sector experience in organisational change and project delivery since October 2018. As Defence Programmes Manager at Babcock International Group, Bruce has successfully enabled the delivery of projects across Land, Air, and Defence information sectors. Previously, Bruce held leadership roles, including Life-Cycle Engineering Group Leader and Project Management Group Leader, where impactful teams delivered solutions and achieved significant revenue growth. With a strong background in technology solutions, demonstrated during tenure at Computer Sciences Corporation, Bruce has consistently driven improvements in performance and customer satisfaction. Bruce’s early career included programme management at the UK Ministry of Defence, overseeing a £250M communications service. Bruce's education was completed at Stow College of Engineering in Glasgow.
