Dale Pilchowski

Dale Pilchowski is an experienced professional in training strategy and operational delivery, with a focus on the marine sector and defense training. In the role of Training Strategy and Delivery Lead at Babcock International Group, Dale directed the creation of a strategy for a complex training program, ensuring a best-in-class bid solution through strict governance. Previously, as a Senior Learning Consultant at QA Ltd, Dale specialized in identifying and providing optimal learning solutions for clients. At the UK Ministry of Defence, Dale served as Head of Training Operations, overseeing the delivery of operational training across various functions, and as Skills Capability Lead for Knowledge & Information Management, managing the integration of digital initiatives.
