Deirdre Cumberbatch

Deirdre Cumberbatch is a seasoned professional in employee experience and HR communications, currently serving as the Global Head of Employee Experience and HR Communications at Babcock International Group since April 2021. Previously, Cumberbatch held the position of Regional Director for the UK and Europe at the Barbados Tourism Authority, where responsibilities included brand development and strategic marketing, as well as the establishment of new markets in South Africa and Europe. Cumberbatch has also served as Sales and Marketing Director at Reed Exhibitions and as Marketing and Communications Manager at Reed Business Publishing. Cumberbatch holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Leeds, completed in 1986.
