Karen Devlin

Karen Devlin has extensive experience at Babcock International Group since September 2013, holding multiple leadership roles including Head of DSRS Programme - Mission Systems, Head of Programmes / UAS Focus Area Lead, and Contract Manager. Notably, Karen managed key contracts such as the Qantas Airlines and Metropolitan Police contracts, demonstrating expertise in contract management and customer relations. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Solution Architect at Babcock Canada Inc. from March 2019 to August 2022. Karen's educational background includes a degree in International Law and French from the University of Glasgow and the University of Geneva, along with participation in the Babcock Graduate Scheme, which provided diverse placements and developed skills in contract management, operations, and supply chain.
