Tim Hardy

Tim Hardy is an accomplished engineer with a strong foundation in marine technology, holding a BEng (Hons) degree from the University of Plymouth. Currently serving as the Head of Joint Platform Engineering Team at Babcock International Group since June 2021, Tim previously held multiple roles at BMT, including Head of Naval Engineering and Senior Manager Naval Engineering, contributing to a wealth of experience in leading and motivating teams, building relationships, and delivering business results. Tim is recognized for a strategic approach and a creative mindset in engineering.
