Michael Allen

Michael Allen has over a decade of experience in engineering and management within the power and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as the Central Engineering Group Leader at Vogt Power International, Michael leads a team focused on product development, process improvements, and adherence to industry standards. Previous roles include Lead Engineer at Vogt Power International, where Michael drove innovations in carbon capture and emission control systems, and Aftermarket Account Manager, responsible for supporting U.S. Combined Cycle Power Plant needs. Prior experience includes serving as Segment Sales Manager at The GEA Group, delivering plate heat exchangers for enhanced efficiency in electricity generation, and as Applications Manager in HVAC & Refrigeration at GEA. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
