Brian Stevens

Brian Stevens is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as in-house counsel at Babcock & Wilcox, Brian previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at Galt Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities included negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance across all states, and managing HR policies. Prior roles include significant legal positions at Life Equity, LLC, Baker & Hostetler LLP, and several other law firms, where Brian focused on M&A transactions, litigation management, and complex real estate agreements. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Cincinnati.
