Joe Buckler

Joe Buckler is Senior Vice President of Clean Energy, for Babcock & Wilcox (B&W), a leader in energy and environmental products and services for power and industrial markets worldwide.

Buckler leads the company’s global sales, marketing and business development teams. He is responsible for growing and maintaining strong business relationships with B&W’s customers and for developing and implementing successful strategies to accelerate growth and achieve revenue goals across the company’s three business segments – B&W Renewable, B&W Environmental and B&W Thermal. He assumed these responsibilities in January 2019, and was named Senior Vice President in January 2022.

From July 2018 to January 2019, Buckler was Vice President, Service Projects, responsible for all technical and commercial aspects of the company’s service business. He joined B&W in 2002 in the Engineering group and subsequently served as Project Manager, Regional Project Manager, and Project Developer. Later, he was named Director of Sales for the Eastern Region.

Buckler earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Paper Science and Engineering from Miami University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Kent State University.
