Luca Bindella

Luca Bindella serves as the HR & Organizational Director at Spig S.p.A. since April 2016, overseeing recruitment, training, development, compensation, and personnel management while implementing guidelines from top management. Previously, Luca worked at Saipem from May 2010 to March 2016, initially as a Senior HR Business Partner and later as a Senior Compensation Specialist and HR Generalist, managing various HR functions across the organization. Earlier experience includes a role as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at RCS Mediagroup from June 2007 to May 2010, where responsibilities involved annual salary review processes and managing incentive programs. Luca holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organization from Fondazione ISTUD and graduated from LIUC - Università Cattaneo.
