Will Latta

Will Latta is an experienced program manager specializing in new technology commercialization at Babcock & Wilcox since February 2022. Prior to this role, Will founded and served as Executive Director of C3H from 2020 to March 2022 and established LP Amina, an environmental engineering firm, as Founder and CEO from June 2007 to August 2021, providing services to utilities, industrials, and OEMs in the US and China. Additionally, Will held various significant roles at Alstom Power from 1992 to 2007, including Director of Product Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed the development of products across various engineering disciplines, and roles as Director Six Sigma and Operations Manager, overseeing a vast team and operational strategies. Will holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
