Barbara Kimbrew

Barbara Kimbrew has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over several companies. Barbara worked as a Human Resources Director and Manager of Human Resources at Babcox Media from 2013 to the present. Prior to that, Barbara served as the VP/Human Resource Manager at Geauga Savings Bank for nearly a decade starting in 2004. Before that, they were a Co-Manager and Personnel Manager at Giant Eagle for over a decade, starting in 1992. Barbara has a strong background in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, conflict resolution, and training initiatives. Barbara has consistently provided strategic guidance and support to senior management and has proven to be a valuable asset in their organizations.

Barbara Kimbrew has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kent State University (2012-2014). Before that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Franklin University (2007-2010). Barbara also holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Business Management from Lakeland Community College (2003-2007). Barbara received their High School Diploma with a focus on College Prep - Business from Perry High School. In addition, Barbara Kimbrew has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (obtained in 2011).
