LaWanda T. has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. LaWanda began their career in 1998 as a Claims Examiner II at CSC. In 2005, they joined DST Health Solutions as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for data management, submission and reconciliation for Medicare and Medicaid RAPS and EDPS risk adjustment programs. LaWanda also served as a Risk Adjustment Analyst and Senior Claims Specialist during their tenure at DST Health Solutions. In 2018, LaWanda joined Babel Health as a Systems Business Analyst, where they developed technical solutions for business problems specializing in healthcare encounter transactions and related editing rules.

LaWanda T. completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA at Herzing University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Alabama State University.
