Johannes Koslowsky

Johannes Koslowsky has worked in various software engineering roles throughout their career. Johannes is currently employed as a Software Engineering Team Lead at babelforce since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at babelforce from April 2020.

Before joining babelforce, Johannes worked at TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions) from December 2016 to April 2020. During their time at TIS, they served as a Senior Software Engineer and was responsible for developing the Business Discovery Manager (BDM) which provided insights into financial processes and enabled smart decisions for large corporations. Johannes also integrated Qlik Sense into the TIS Platform, developed micro-services and internal tooling, created customer-specific dashboards, implemented access rules, and had end-to-end delivery responsibility for the product.

Prior to TIS, Johannes worked at Younicos as a Software Engineer from November 2014 to November 2016. In this role, they developed the Battery Power Plant Manager (BPPM) which delivered grid services such as frequency control and peak shaving.

Before joining Younicos, Johannes worked as a Software Engineer at PSIPENTA GmbH; PSI Group from December 2011 to October 2014. Johannes also had an internship as a Student Software Engineer at Gemtec Gmbh from March 2011 to November 2011.

Additionally, Johannes gained experience as a Student Software Engineer at ixellence GmbH from September 2008 to March 2011, and also completed an internship at ixellence GmbH in June 2008. Johannes had another internship at navtec GmbH from January 2008 to February 2008.

Prior to their professional career, Johannes had an internship at ASCI-Systemhaus GmbH from July 2007 to August 2007, and also completed an internship at Deutscher Bundestag from November 2004 to January 2005.

Johannes Koslowsky completed their education in a chronological manner. Johannes started their education journey in 2002 at the Oberstufenzentrum für Informations- und Medizintechnik Berlin-Neukölln, where they obtained a Techn. Assistent/in - Elektronik und Datentechnik degree between 2002 and 2005.

Following this, they attended the Technische Hochschule Wildau from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Telematics. Johannes continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Telematics between 2009 and 2011.

In addition to their degrees, Johannes Koslowsky also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in January 2014.
